Ingredients:
- cups chickpea flour (garbanzo ben flour)
- 4 cups water
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- pinch salt
Directions:
Completely whisk ingredients together. Spray small skillet or pan with coconut oil spray. Over medium heat pour some batter into pan and let cook for a couple of minutes before flipping. Heat for about another minute on alternate side and remove to cool on a plate. Keep on going until your batter is done.
