Need some healthy snacks for on-the-go?  Kale chips are delicious and healthy… woo hoo!  The lemon juice is essential in order to take the bite out of them.  Add as much or as little as you desire.

Kale Chips

Preheat oven to 400

Wash and drain the Kale. Remove the stems and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil and massage the oil into the kale. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and continue to toss.

Place kale on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes. I like my chips a bit crunchy so I keep them in until they are very crisp.

Remove and let cool. Place in a paper bags (some oil will absorb into the bag) and enjoy when ready to nosh.
