Preheat oven to 350°
- ½ Cup salt free unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 Tbs. coconut oil melted
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and then mix in dry ingredients:
- 1 Cup almond flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
Cook muffins or loaf for 40 minutes. If stored in a Ziplock bag they will stay moist. I often triple the recipe and batch cook for the week☺
